This internship at Whip Creative Studio is built on a foundation of real, hands-on experience, providing a 360-degree view of a fast-paced, integrative agency. Interns will be led and mentored directly by our creative and production teams, ensuring they can truly "learn the ropes" and contribute to comprehensive creative solutions for our clients from day one.
Internship Dates: April 15 – September 15
Location: Miami or New York preferred, but not necessary.
Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $1500 USD per month stipend.

Hours: Part-time, estimated at 15-20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, and we are committed to working around your time and accommodating different timezones, as our team members are located all over the world.
ART DIRECTION
& PRODUCTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Art Direction and Production Intern to join our team. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive, 360-degree view of the creative process, from initial concept to final execution. The intern will work closely with our creative and production teams, contributing to key projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Creative Development: Assist in the initial phase of projects, which includes identifying client needs, conducting visual research, developing mood boards, and establishing clear visual directions.

Client Presentation: Support the team in preparing and presenting creative concepts and visual directions to clients.

Production Implementation: Actively participate in the production phase, helping to put concepts into action. This includes:

Sourcing and coordinating with vendors, freelancers, and various partners.

Communicating and negotiating with external agencies.

Assisting in managing and tracking project timelines and budgets.

Agency Support: Provide general administrative and creative support to the Art Direction and Production teams, learning the day-to-day operations of an integrative agency.
Qualifications:

Familiarity with creative software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
DESIGN
& WEB
We’re looking for a curious and creative Design & Web Intern to join our team. Someone who brings fresh ideas, cares about good design, and loves working across web and graphic. If you’re a team player who’s excited to learn, experiment, and contribute — we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and updating website pages, landing pages, and digital experiences

Support UI/UX processes including research, wireframing, and prototyping

Create graphic design assets for web, social media, newsletters, presentations, and marketing campaigns

Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines across digital and print materials

Help maintain and update website content via CMS platforms
Stay up to date with design, web, and digital trends to bring fresh ideas to the team
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Familiarity with Figma, Wix, Shopify, and/or Framer

Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual detail

Basic understanding of responsive design and web fundamentals
