PAYMENT TERMS

In connection with the performance of services described in this proposal the client agrees to pay Whip Creative Studio (wcs) the following fees according to the below terms:

ONE-TIME SERVICE:

  • 50% due upon approval of this proposal

  • 50% due upon the delivery of the third round

 

HOURLY SERVICES:

  • Hourly fees will be billed at the end of each month

 

RETATINER SERVICES:

  • Full payment of 3 month minimum requirement due upon agreement of service

  • All following payments will be due up front for the following month

  • Should the client wish to terminate the retainer prior to 3 month minimum requirement’s completion, client is responsible for 3 full months of payment to whip creative studio

WCS reserves the right to impose an interest charge equal to 5% per month on any fees or in invoiced reimbursable expenses that remain unpaid after 20 days

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the work, refunds will not be issued after any part of the design process has been completed.

Either party may terminate a service at any point. WCS will be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date. 

On termination of this agreement for any reason, the client should immediately pay all of their outstanding unpaid invoices and interest to date.

CONDITIONS TO OUR PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE

Prior to commencing the performance of services the client agrees to first designate a primary point of contact who is responsible for decisions, answering, resolving questions and issues.

 

In order for WCS to perform services in an effective and efficient manner, the client agrees to: 

  1. Provide all information and documentation that WCS may request from the client or that may otherwise be useful in connection with the performance of services

  2. Provide feedback, reviews, and approvals within 3-5 working days in order for WCS to stay on the proposed deadline. Any delays in client response will result in delays in agency performance accordingly.

  3. Immediately advise WCS of any changes to your operations or other information that may require a change in the scope or particulars of the service
